Prairie Land Dance Club (PLDC) is a wonderful dance facility nestled in the corn and soybean fields in Illiopolis IL.

We are a true Country Club!   :^)

 

Our dance style is based in Country and we play a wide variety of music not limited to C/W stylings. We have Ballroom and Swing dancers joining us frequestly, and everyone is welcome!

The 4,000 sq ft floating hardwood dance floor is the very best for your hips, knees, ankles and feet. It is large enough to give everyone lots of room to dance. Come on out and take a spin around our dance floor!

Our regular dances are Wed and Fri nights starting at 7pm (doors open at 6:30pm) and PLDC members and non-members are welcome! (Door fee: Members $3 & Non-members $5) (kids < or = to 15  are free with parent/guardian) .

We have patterned style dance classes every Wed night at 7:30pm. These lessons are free with admission. We also offer Lead & Follow lessons (Two-Step, Waltz, Swing, Nightclub2, Cha Cha) in a workshop format on certain Saturdays. For more information please go to the Events and Classes pages.

Renting Our Facility

Prairie Land Dance Club is a beautiful facility with an on-site kitchen and on-site parking making it a great rental venue for receptions, parties, meetings, and etc. Contact us for details. Please note that no alcohol is permitted on our property which includes the parking lot.
