Renting Beach Path
We handle rental of Beach Path privately to ensure great service, lower
rates, NO fees, and a clean updated and well maintained condo.
Our Personal cleaning and maintenance crew is picked by us for their excellent work and attention to making your week(s) the best!

If rental amt paid, deposit refunded; Rental amt not refunded unless we can re-rent the time; If re-rented, 100% refund minus any discounts given to new renter and minus any CC fees.
** If you'd like to keep your deposit on our books, we will apply it to your next rental. Just let us know
(FYI: Many owners do not refund even if the time can be re-rented.
We feel that receivng double rent is not great customer service, so we don't so it.)
