Beach Path Vacation Condo is a beach front Townhome style condo located at the beautiful
Moonspinner Condominium.
It is the perfect location for a family vacation, a girlfriend getaway, a private time for two,
or a personal getaway for one!
Beach Path is located on the perferred far east end of the beach next to St. Andrew's State Park.
If you want a quiet vacation spot, this is it.
We are far enough from the crush of people that you'll experience mid-beach and especially on the west end
close enough to easily visit all the top spots.

>> We foster a family oriented vacation spot and welcome parties of up to 6 people. We can stretch to 7 or 8 if the extras are smaller children with our two 4ft and under bunkbeds.

We exepct our renters to respect our condo and property;
abide by with the few rules in place; and
have a great, safe, memory making vacation.
Renting Beach Path
We handle rental of Beach Path privately
to ensure great customer service, lower rates, a minimum of fees, and a clean, updated and well maintained condo. Our cleaning and maintenance crew is peronally picked by us for their excellent work.

If you choose to pay in installments, that is OK with us.
Cleaning is $150 and is paid directly to Kellie, our cleaner.
Fees: we are allergic to fees, but the
Moonspinner has a registration fee. The is the only fee we have.
The Moonspinner has a registering fee of $50 which
we collect from you and pay to them.
When you arrive, you will not owe any money.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
On or before 42 days prior to arrival date:
100% refund minus CC fees assessed (if any).

Between 35-41 days prior to arrival date:
Deposit is forfeited (unless you want to roll over)

Within 34 days of arrival date:
Deposit, Cleaning, Bed Tax are refunded.
Rental amount is not refunded unless we can re-rent the time.
If re-rented, 100% refund minus any discounts we had to give AND minus any CC fees assessed.
(Many owners do not refund even if the time can be re-rented. We feel that receivng double rent is not great customer service, so we don't so it.)
